Initiate Request

Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the product in its original box with all cables and accessories included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After our technician inspects the device for any damage or missing parts, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
