Which keyboard layout should I choose?
We offer various layouts including ANSI (US), ISO (UK/DE/Nordic), and various sizes from 60% to full-size. Please check the product description for specific layout availability.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. Expedited shipping via DHL or FedEx usually arrives within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Are Keychron keyboards compatible with both Mac and Windows?
Yes, all Keychron keyboards are designed with a system toggle that allows you to switch between macOS and Windows layouts seamlessly. We include dedicated keycaps for both systems in the box.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Do Keychron keyboards support QMK/VIA?
Many of our newer series, such as the Q, V, and K Pro series, fully support QMK and VIA for advanced key remapping and macro customization.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We provide a 12-month limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
